The 122972 is a feedback PCB board designed and manufactured by Automation/. The 122972 can operate with a voltage as low as 300 Volts and one as high as 575 Volts AC. The board is a Spare Part (SP) under the 1395 family of replacement parts. Connections to the 122972 are made using an onboard terminal block, allowing interfacing with the main control board and other devices on the industrial floor. Only one 122972 can be used in a single drive. The 122972 is usable with drives that have an amperage rating of 1350 Amps plus a voltage rating of 460 Volts. Additionally, the 122972 can be used with drives with a current rating of 2250 Amps and a voltage of 460 Volts AC.
Observe that the 122972 is not calibrated to be used with drives that have a current rating of 1350 Amps and an operating voltage of 660 Volts AC. The board can also not be used with drives that have an amperage rating of 2250 Amps and a voltage rating ranging from 575 Volts AC and 660 Volts AC. The 122972 PC board feedback has a weight of 0.454 kilograms. Apart from one large terminal block, the 122972 features 2 other onboard terminal blocks which have two connections each. The 1395 feedback board has more resistors and diodes than any other components. The board contains onboard jumpers and an onboard port. For proper operation of the 122972 feedback board, it must be operated in an industrial environment with a non-condensing relative humidity of between 5 and 95%.
