Extra terminals with 120VAC/DC blown fuse LEDindicators for inputs
Digital IFMs, similar to groups of terminal blocks, are available with either20-pin (typically 8 to 16 PLC I/O points) or 40-pin (typically 16 to 32 PLCI/O points) cable connectors. The number of field-side wiring terminals varieswith the type of module — from one to three terminals per I/O point. LEDsand fuse clips are available on-board the IFMs to customize your wiringsystem to your application and provide assistance with troubleshooting yourcontrol panel. The IFMs are compatible with both the pre-wired cables andthe IFM-ready cables.
Fusible modules provide a convenient method of adding overcurrentprotection into your programmable controller field wiring. These moduleshave 5 x 20 mm fuse clips on-board and are available with and without blownfuse indication. The 24V or 120V blown fuse indicators reduce thetroubleshooting time to locate and replace a blown fuse on the IFM. Thefusible modules have an easy-to-remove see-through acrylic cover to preventobjects from contacting fuse circuitry under normal operation. Standard fuseholders reside in the IFM, aiding in the removal of a fuse with a fuse puller(fuses are not included). The fusible modules also have two or four terminalsper I/O point to create a power bus for input or output load connections.Fusible modules are available in both isolated and non-isolated versions. Thereare a select number of fusible IFMs available for input modules.
