The 2711P-T7C4D9 is an visualization component that specifically belongs to the PanelView Plus 6 700 graphic operator terminals. This operator terminal enables real-time monitoring and interaction to the connected machine or process by providing a custom designed process mimic and detailed control point of the system while simultaneously communicating with one or more partner automation controllers. The 2711P-T7C4D9 is supplied with logic module and display modules connected, forming a functional operator terminal.

The 2711P-T7C4D9 provides graphical representation through the 6.4-inch colored display screen with 18-bit color graphics. The actual display area of the screen is 132 x 99 mm (5.2 x 3.9 in.) with pixel resolution of 640 x 480. It comes with a filed replaceable backlight with expected operation life of 50,000 hrs. at 25 Deg. Celsius. The display area has an analog resistive touchscreen that enables the touch input interface of the operator. This input interface is designed to operate up to 1 million actuation with an operating force of 10-110g. These components reside at the operator terminal’s display module.

The 2711P-T7C4D9 also comes with a 512MB Random Access Memory and 512MB Flash memory embedded within the unit’s logic module. This same logic module is pre-installed with an extended version Windows CE operating system. This extended version comes with Microsoft office file viewers and supports remote HMI screen browsing over the network using Microsoft Internet Explorer. It also supports File Transfer Protocol (FTP), VNC access and compatibility with PDF files.
