Schneider Electric recently released the third product in its next-generation "Golden Four" comprehensive solution for machine motion control: the Lexium 18ME series servo drive and BEH18 series servo motor. As part of the Lexium 18M servo drive series, the Lexium 18ME supports EtherCAT communication protocol. The series also includes the Lexium 18MP servo drive system, which supports pulse control.

It also features a built-in dynamic braking function at full power, and its high-performance conformal coating completely covers the surface-mount components, effectively extending their service life.

Convenient and easy to use, with wide adaptability

It offers a wide range of power supply voltage options, supporting AC 220V (200W-750W) and AC 380V (1kW-7.5kW), better meeting the power supply needs of domestic users. It supports servo motors with a power range of 0.1-7.5kW, with a total of 10 power levels, supporting a wide range of application scenarios. The Lexium 18ME includes software features such as position comparison, friction compensation, and mechanical property analysis. Its convenient algorithms simplify debugging, reduce communication latency, and improve system response speed.

Easy Installation and Flexible Adaptability

The power supply design fully considers wiring and power supply convenience, eliminating the need for an additional transformer, reducing installation costs and space requirements. The Lexium 18ME supports multiple mounting options at varying spacings, reducing installation difficulty and time while further enhancing the product's adaptability to different supply voltages. The BEH18 motor is more compact than the previous generation, and models with flange sizes below 80 mm support cable installation in two different directions, further facilitating practical applications.
