DS200SLCCG1A has 5 card connectors. The connectors that connect DS200SLCCG1A to other boards are: 2PL, 3PL, 10PL, ARCPL, and KPPL. 2PL on DS200SLCCG1A is the connector for +/-5, 15, and 24 VDC I/O between the power supply/interface board, the drive terminal board, simple drive terminal board, drive control card, and the DS200SLCCG1A. DS200SLCCG1A's 3PL connect is for DS200SLCCG1A inputs from the drive control card. Connector 10PL on DS200SLCCG1A is the I/O between LAN I/O terminal board and DS200SLCCG1A. Connector ARCPL on DS200SLCCG1A is the I/O between DLAN and ARCNET signals and DS200SLCCG1A, and KPPL is DS200SLCCG1A's I/O connection with the programmer module keypad.
The DS200SLCCG1A board was developed by General Electric as a local area network (LAN) communication card. The board is housed in the Mark V series of drive and exciter boards. It can be installed in drive and exciter cabinets across the GE brand. Installing the card provides a necessary communication medium needed for drive operation. As a G1 version of the board, this card includes the circuitries needed for both DLAN and ARCNET networks.
