Product Description: GE Fanuc Positive/negative logic discrete input module for 90 - 30 series PLC offers 32 discrete input points that are arranged in four isolated groups of eight. It has LED indicators at the top to offer ON/OFF status of each point. Module uses 32 bits of discrete input data. Module can be conveniently installed in any I/O slot of a 5 or 10-slot baseplate in a 90-30 series PLC system. Module connectors are connected to the field devices through a cable having a mating female connector on one end and stripped/tinned wires on the other end. It has a voltage rating of 0 - 30 VDC, current rating of 7 milli-Amps and a power rating of 195 milli-Amps at 5 VDC. Module has a maximum ON/OFF response time of 2 milli-seconds. Input/output module provides the interface between the PLC and external input devices such as proximity sensors, push buttons, switches and BCD thumbwheels.
