The 1756SC-IF8H module is an /Spectrum Controls analog I/O module that is available through the 1756 ControlLogix product family. The ControlLogix components like this one are extremely reliable and they allow communication through several different networks. The ControlLogix parts are mostly chassis-based and are easy to maintain. The most popular networks that are used for communication between these components are the ControlNet and EtherNet/IP networks. Every ControlLogix component is made according to international industrial regulations and meets all the applicable standards. The 1756SC-IF8H analog I/O module includes certifications from the C-Tick, CE, CSA, cULus, and FM standards. The controllers used with this module require either a removable terminal block (RTB) or wiring interface module (IFM) for all the field-side wiring. The ControlLogix controllers have features like the Studio 5000 Logix Designer software for configuration, inherent time-stamping, comprehensive I/O diagnostics, and electronic keying for the replacement of parts.
