The / Automation 1305-KBA09 dynamic brake kit is an accessory that users can add to their / Automation 1305 adjustable frequency AC drives for custom applications. The 1305-KBA09 dynamic brake kit is designed to stop a motor or a drive quickly or to enable a controller that is attached to the drive or motor to slow down or stop the device intermittently at 150% power. Note that the 1305-KBA09 dynamic brake kit should only be used with Series B / Automation 1305 adjustable frequency drives, and never with Series A drives
The / Automation 1305-KBA09 dynamic brake kit is an accessory that users can add to their / Automation 1305 adjustable frequency AC drives for custom applications. The 1305-KBA09 dynamic brake kit is designed to stop a motor or a drive quickly or to enable a controller that is attached to the drive or motor to slow down or stop the device intermittently at 150% power. Note that the 1305-KBA09 dynamic brake kit should only be used with Series B / Automation 1305 adjustable frequency drives, and never with Series A drives. To activate this dynamic braking kit, set the 1305 drive’s dynamic braking (DB) switch to the “Enable” position.
