The 1734-AENTR is a Point I/O Dual Ethernet communication module. It supports Ring, Star, and Tree Topology and transmission speed of 10/100 Mbits/s in Half or Full-Duplex mode. This module supports DIN rail mounting and requires 24 Volts DC Input Voltage
The 1734-AENTR is a dual Ethernet POINT I/O communication module that is used to interface a POINT I/O rack to the central controller in the Ethernet I/P network. This adapter is capable of being implemented in Ring, Star and Tree Topology and is powered by an External 24VDC supply.
The 1734-AENTR supports TCP/UDP/IP protocol with physical connection established using Category 5 or Category 6 cable. This adapter supports 10/100 Mbit transmission speed with auto-negotiation function. This module is configured using RSLogix5000 or Studio5000 Logix designer software. Selection of software mainly depends on the firmware of existing modules and the required feature needed to enable such as security and bug fixes. Additionally, RSLinx software may also be used to detect and configure this module.
