The 1771-OB digital DC output module can operate at 0 to 60 degrees Celsius and 5 to 95% non-condensing relative humidity, and it can be stored and transported at -40 to 85 degrees Celsius at 5 to 95% non-condensing relative humidity.
The 1771-OB is a DC Output Driver Module that can control DC motor starters, indicators, and solenoids. It receives electric power through the 1771 I/O backplane chassis from the power supply casing and requires 165 mA from the output of this supply.
The unit is shipped in a static protective bag to help protect against damage to electrostatic discharge. Electrostatic discharge can, in some cases, decrease the performance or damage of the module. Remember to wear an approved ground earthing hook device or to touch a grounded object to detach before handling the module.
