The 1794-ASB2 Remote IO Adapter has a 24V DC Voltage, a 2 Modules I/O Capacity, and a 11-31.2V DC Input Voltage Range. It also operates with a 500V AC Isolation Voltage and a 330mA Power Consumption.
The 1794-ASB2 is a FLEX remote I/O adapter. It can support up to 2 FLEX I/O modules only. The adapter has possible communication rates of 57.6 Kbps, 115.2 Kbps, and 230.4 Kbps. A 24V DC power supply is required and it should provide an inrush surge current of 23 A for 2 ms for every adapter that is connected to the power supply. It has a current load of 175 mA at a 24V power supply. The nominal input voltage of this adapter is 24V DC and the input voltage range, including the 5% AC ripple, is from 19.2-31.2V DC. This adapter’s maximum FlexBus output current is 640 mA and an output voltage of 5V DC. It also has maximum current draws of 450 mA and 330 mA at 24V DC. The power consumption of the 1794-ASB2 adapter is 4.2 W at 24V DC.
