The 1794-IE8XT FLEX I/O module is an analog I/O module that can connect to an adapter and a terminal base to make a complete FLEX system that can handle all the same applications that rack-based I/O can. The 1794-IE8XT FLEX I/O module does not contain any outputs, but it has 12 inputs that are all single-ended and non-isolated.
The 1794-IE8XT FLEX I/O module is an analog I/O module that can connect to an adapter and a terminal base to make a complete FLEX system that can handle all the same applications that rack-based I/O can. In this system, the 1794-IE8XT FLEX I/O module has the bus interface and the circuitry that is necessary to perform all the special functions required by an application, the terminal base comes with a terminal strip that terminates the wiring in 2-wire devices and in 3-wire devices, and the adapter or power supply can support the internal logic in up to 8 FLEX I/O module.
