The 2094-BM02-S is a multi-axis module that is a component product of the Kinetix 6000 Multi-Axis Drive Servo system. This module comes with an integrated Safe-Torque Off (STO) safety functionality that can be applied for applications that require up to Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3 and Performance Level (PLe). This axis module is a single wide module that supports up to Seven (7) for each 8-axis power rail.
The 2094-BM02-S supports bandwidth velocity loop frequency of 500 Hz and Current loop frequency of 1300 Hz with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) frequency of 4 kHz. The nominal input voltage of this axis module is 650VDC with continuous current requirement (rms) of 10.3 Amperes and continuous Current (sine) 0-pk of 14.6 Amperes.
The 2094-BM02-S is capable of Peak Enhancement with the use of application software such as RSLogix 5000 Version 16 or later and Kinetix 6000 drive firmware revision of 1.111 or later. With peak enhancement, this axis module may be used in applications that require fast acceleration and deceleration. The 2094-BM02-S has 150% standard peak inverter current rating and significantly increases up to 250% when peak enhanced.
