Full Description:	The 22F-D013N114 adjustable frequency drive supports 3-phase AC input and output voltage. Its input voltage range is between 380 and 480 Volts AC (+/-10%) and its output voltage range is between 0 and 460 Volts AC. The 22F-D013N114 adjustable frequency drive comes with an internal IGBT brake.

The 22F-D013N114 PowerFlex 4M drive is an adjustable frequency drive of 7.5 Horsepower (5.5 kiloWatts) and a three-phase input voltage between 380 and 40 Volts AC. The 22F-D013N114 is rated for a NEMA Type 1 enclosure (IP20). This Adjustable Frequency Drive works with three phase induction motors and can operate with 7.5 HP (5.5 kW) motors. The AC Drives operates with a Sinusoidal PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). This PowerFlex 4M AC Drive produces a three-phase PWM (Pulse-width modulated) variable frequency signal, providing adjustable speed to AC induction motors.

The PowerFlex 4M 22F-D013N114 operating input voltages go from 380 to 480 Volts AC and 15.4A for a three phases supply. The output voltage is adjustable from 0 to 460 Volts AC and the frequency can be adjusted from 0 to 400 Hertz in the module’s programmable mode. The AC Drive has a typical efficiency of 97.5%. The accuracy in the frequency setting value is 0.05% for a digital input signal and 0.5% for an analog signal. The PowerFlex 4M drive operates under a Sine Weighted PWM output algorithm, producing a carrier frequency from 2 kHz to 10 kHz.

The rated performance is based on a 4 kHz frequency. The speed regulation is an open-loop type with slip compensation. This 22F-D013N114 module’s ideal environmental operating temperatures range from -10 to 50 degrees Celsius with a relative humidity range of 0% to 95% without condensing. The drive comes with a cooling fan for this power rating, allowing the PowerFlex 4M to cool itself by forced convection. The drive supports vibration until the 1 G limit. It must be installed in an area that is safe from any volatile vapors or gases and the storage of the fan has to be in an area free of a corrosive atmosphere.

The PowerFlex 4M 22F-D013N114 control inputs can be configured with either analog inputs or digital inputs. Its digital input options include a Local Control input, a Preset Frequencies input, a Jog input, an RS485 protocol input, a Second Acceleration or Deceleration input, an Auxiliary Fault input, and a Clear Fault input. The analog inputs include one (1) isolated 0 to 10 Volt at 4 to 20 mA input. This drive operates several stops modes such as Ramp, Coast, DC-Brake, and Ramp to Stop. The PowerFlex 4M can be connected to external resistors as well. This drive has an Overload capability of 150% for up to 60 seconds and 200% for 3 seconds.
