The 22F-D1P5N113 adjustable frequency drive operates with 380 to 480 Volts AC 3-phase input voltage and with 0 to 460 Volts AC 3-phase output voltage. Its output power rating is only 0.5 Horsepower or 0.4 kilowatts. The 22F-D1P5N113 adjustable frequency drive can operate at 14 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit at 5 to 95% non-condensing relative humidity.

The 22F-D1P5N113 PowerFlex 4M AC Frequency Drive is a 400V 0.4kw variable frequency drive with a compact design that meets the needs of most industrial applications concerned with machine speed. The drive has 380-480V AC of operational voltage at 50-60Hz and an input current of 1.8A with an operational real power of 1.5KVA. It has an output current of 1.5A, with 0.4kW of output power at 0-480V AC (3-phase) with an AC line filter and it provides branch circuit protection via 3 Class J fuses, a contactor, and a 140M Motor overload protector.

It has 5 digital 24V DC input control with Source or Sink Control that is selectable through a DIP switch setting and it has a single, 10-bit, 4-20mA/0-10V DC Analog input with 250 Ohms and 100 K Ohms input loads. It has 1 Programmable Form C Relay output, with 3A and 0.5A resistive and inductive ratings. The 22F-D1P5N113 provides overcurrent protection at 200% hardware and at 300% instantaneous fault and a robust overload protection of 150% for 60s and 200% for 3s. It provides a BUS overvoltage trip to 810V DC and an under-voltage trip at 390V DC, and it has a maximum power and Logic ride-thru time of 0.5s and 100ms.

The 22F-D1P5N113 utilizes the 22F-RF6P0-AS and the 22F-RF6P0-AL S and L Filters, and it provides performance control through its V/Hz Control option which is suitable for open loop with slip compensation applications. It has a selectable carrier frequency range of up to 10 kHz, and a drive efficiency of 97.5%. The 22F-D1P5N113 comes with integral fixed keypads for control with digit display integral LCD display, and 10 additional LED indicators, and it is designed with an RS-485 communication port, used for programming by a PC.

It has an operational temperature range of 14-122 oF, at 0-95% relative humidity, and it utilizes the convection cooling mechanism.
