The IS200JPDMG1R is a PCB component made by General Electric for use within the Mark VI system. The Mark VI is part of the Speedtronic line of gas and steam turbine management series that has been in use for decades. The MKVI is one of the most advanced of the series and includes such features as Ethernet communications, triple redundant control configuration within the Control Module, and an HMI Operator Interface built around a PC running on a Windows platform.

The IS200JPDMG1R is a Power Distribution board. The board is built with two 50-pin connectors (P1/P2.) It has twelve fuses that are placed in three lines. The board has one DC62 female connector (JA1) used to connect to a PPDA I/O pack. The board has two terminal blocks that are placed on opposite sides of the PCB. These terminal blocks provide access to three power buses. Each screw located on the terminal blocks has a maximum input of 35 amps. The IS200JPDMG1A has a total of thirteen plugs, including three 9-position plugs, seven 2-position plugs, and three 6-position plugs. The board also includes four varistors, three inductor coils, transistors, resistors, and capacitors.

The IS200JPDMG1R is a PCB component created as a part of the Mark VI system by General Electric. The Mark VI was released

by GE as part of their Speedtronic line for gas and steam turbine management, which began in the 1960s with the release of the

Mark I. The Mark VI is usually powered from a 125Vdc battery system. However, itcan be poweredfrom a 120/240vac source,using

a power converter with an isolation transformer that rectifies .the power to 125Vdc. For gas turbines, a separate power source is

required for the ignition transformers with short circuit protection of 20A or less.

The IS200JPDMG1R is a High-Density Power Distribution Card. This board provides individual protected control power to each

I/O pack. Several IS200JPDHG1A boards can be daisy-chained together using the J1 and J1X connectors; however, when this

is done, the input current cannot exceed the rating of the first JPDH J1 plug. The IS200JPDHG1A cabe used in some hazardous

locations, including Class 1 Division 2, Class 1 Zone 2, and ATEX. Users must follow UL/ATEX HazLoc requirements for wiring and

maintenance.
