Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330910-00-04-05-01-00 is a 3300 NSv (Near Surface) M10×1 Proximity Probe for machinery condition monitoring in tight spaces or small-target industrial applications. It operates on the eddy current principle to measure radial vibration and axial (thrust) position.The primary uses for the 3300 XL NSv Transducer System are for areas where counter bore, sideview, or rearview restrictions limit the use of standard Bently Nevada 3300 and 3300 XL 5 and 8 mm Transducer Systems. It is also ideal for small target applications, such as measuring radial vibration on shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in) or axial position on flat targets smaller than 15 mm (0.6 in). The 3300 XL NSv Transducer System design allows it to replace both the 3300 RAM Transducer Systems and the 3000-series or 7000-series 190 Transducer System.

Centrifugal Air Compressors: Monitored for shaft radial vibration and thrust displacement in manufacturing plant air supply systems.
Refrigeration Compressors: Used heavily in massive industrial chilling units and HVAC infrastructure processing cooling media.
Process Gas Compressors: Integrated into petrochemical and oil & gas refining infrastructure handling volatile chemical gases.
Small Shaft Machinery: Ideal for rotating hardware where the shaft diameter is smaller than 51 mm (2 inches), reducing common cross-talk or side-view distortion issues.

Q:How do ClickLoc connectors benefit my installation?
A:The ClickLoc connector system features gold-plated brass connections that audibly lock together. This mechanism stops connections from shaking loose under extreme machinery vibration. The -01 option includes a factory-installed connector protector, shielding the probe-to-extension cable joint from liquid entry.
Q:Can I use this probe to replace older Bently Nevada hardware?
A:Yes. The 3300 XL NSv system directly replaces older 3300 RAM transducer lines as well as legacy 3000-series or 7000-series systems. Note that upgrades from 3000/7000 series require a complete replacement of the probe, extension cable, and Proximitor sensor.
